  • Respect costs nothing, but the lack of it can destroy a customer’s trust in minutes. I went looking for breakfast and left determined to make sure my complaint would not be ignored.

  • He told me, “If you don’t like it, don’t eat it.” So I didn’t. I left the plate untouched and made sure the person responsible for guest complaints heard the whole story.
