Sometimes the strongest people are the ones who stay kind after the world gives them every reason not to. Please help me remind my son that he is valued, appreciated, and deeply loved. ❤️

I need my village right now. ❤️

My 13-year-old son, who happens to have autism, came home from summer camp this week after experiencing something no child should ever have to go through.

While he was there, other kids stole his money, took away his paintball wristband, called him cruel names, told him nobody liked him, and even made threats against our family.

As his parent, I cannot put into words how heartbreaking it is to hear those things.

What hurts the most is knowing who my son really is.

He is one of the kindest, sweetest, most genuine people you could ever meet. He has a huge heart, treats everyone with respect, and sees the good in people even when they don’t deserve it.

And somehow, despite everything that happened, he came home smiling.

Instead of focusing on the kids who hurt him, he talked about the activities he enjoyed, the friends he made, and the good memories he brought home with him.

His strength amazes me.

His resilience humbles me.

And his ability to remain kind after being treated with such cruelty reminds me every day what true character looks like.

So today, I’m asking for a favor.

If you’re reading this, please leave a kind comment for my son. Share a word of encouragement. Tell him something positive. Remind him that there are far more good people in this world than cruel ones.

I want him to see that he is valued.

That he is appreciated.

That he matters.

That he is loved exactly as he is.

Because no child should ever feel alone after being bullied.

And I want him to see just how many people are standing beside him.

To my son:

You are stronger than the people who tried to tear you down.

You are kinder than the people who hurt you.

And you are loved more than you could ever imagine.

❤️
